Local 3375

The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, American Federation of Labor – Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFSCME-AFL-CIO), Local 3375 is a union which currently represents over 350 Clerical, Custodial and Garage Classified Employees in Mesa County Valley School District # 51, which is located in Grand Junction, Colorado. Local 3375 have been in the Grand Valley since 1953, supporting fair labor practices.

Local 3375 hold bi-annual elections to elect the Executive Board. Officers meet monthly with School District Administration and hold negotiations every three years. Officers and Stewards of the Local act as liaison’s between administration and workers in an effort to bring classified employees voices forward on such issues as job-safety and workloads.
